Sweet Pepper Soup
A classic English sweet pepper soup with vegetable or chicken stock cube. Hearty, comforting and proper.
Ingredients
- oil or butter as required
- ½ green pepper
- 100 gm onion (prepared weight)
- 1 vegetable or chicken stock cube
- ½ red pepper
- 2 tspn cornflour (optional)
- ½ yellow pepper
Method

Chop the onion.

De-seed and chop the red, yellow and green peppers.

Crush the stock cube into 400 ml of boiling water and mix well.
