Overnight Oats
Traditional British overnight oats featuring Continued. Simple ingredients, great results.
Ingredients

- 50 gm oats (see note 1)
- 50 - 60 ml milk
- x1 tub Activia (part of pack of 4) (see note 2)
- 40 gm of blueberries
- 30 gm sultanas
- 3 heaped desert spoons of yogurt
Method

Add the oats, Activia, sultanas and milk to your breakfast bowl and mix well, adding more milk if you need to as this will thicken as the oats will absorb the milk, then put in fridge overnight.

In the morning, remove the breakfast bowl from the fridge and add the, blueberries (washed) and mix well, adding milk if necessary to get consistency you prefer.

Spread the spoons of yogurt over the top and it's ready to eat.
