Chicken in Orange and Mustard Sauce
Traditional British chicken in orange and mustard sauce featuring orange. Simple ingredients, great results.
Ingredients
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1 orange
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 tbspn yogurt
- ΒΌ tspn salt
- 1 tspn dijon mustard
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tspn cornflour
Method

Using a sharp knife, slash the chicken breast a few times and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Reserve the zest from Β½ of the orange.

Juice the orange and press through a sieve to remove any pips and pulp and set aside 100 ml.

In a bowl, blend together 100 ml of orange juice, yogurt and mustard and then gradually mix in the cornflour, finally adding Β½ of the reserved orange zest.
