Moussaka
Vegetarian moussaka made with milk. Hearty enough to keep you full.
Ingredients
- 1 tbspn Olive Oil
- 1 tspn butter
- 70 gm onion (prepared weight)
- 1 tbspn plain flour
- 50 gm meat free mince or 20 gm dried soya mince
- 60 ml milk
- 1 tspn oregano
- ยผ tspn cayenne pepper
- 3 tbspn chopped tomatoes
- ยผ tspn salt
- 1 red pepper
- 80 gm cheese
- ยฝ tspn mustard powder
- 1 egg

Preheat the oven to 180ยฐ C.

If using dried soya mince put mince in a bowl and cover with boiling water for , then drain.

Chop the onion.

Grate the cheese.

Deseed and slice the red pepper.
