Pork with Orange Sauce
Rich, hearty pork with orange sauce built around pork chop. Low and slow for maximum flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 pork chop
- 1 large orange
- 30 gm butter
- 100 ml water
- 120 gm onion (prepared weight)
- ½ tspn mixed spice
- 1 tbspn plain flour
- 6 - 8 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1 chicken stock cube
- salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Remove excess fat from the pork chop.

Finely chop the onion.

Juice the orange (should produce 100 ml).

Mix 100 ml of water with the orange juice.
