Noodles with Tuna and Tomato Sauce
Chinese-style noodles with tuna and tomato sauce featuring pitted black olives. Fast, flavourful and better than a takeaway.
Ingredients
- 1 block medium egg noodles
- 12 pitted black olives
- 2 tbspn oil
- 2 tbspn chopped tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbspn passata
- Β½ tspn red chilli
- 1 tbspn dried parsley
- ΒΌ onion (75 gm prepared weight)
- Salt & black pepper
- Β½ small tin tuna
Method

Cook the noodles as directed on the packet (when cooked toss with a little oil to prevent sticking).

Finely chop the garlic.

Deseed and finely chop the chilli.

Thinly slice the onion.

Cut each olive into four pieces.
