  • 1 block medium egg noodles
  • 12 pitted black olives
  • 2 tbspn oil
  • 2 tbspn chopped tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbspn passata
  • Β½ tspn red chilli
  • 1 tbspn dried parsley
  • ΒΌ onion (75 gm prepared weight)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Β½ small tin tuna

Method

  1. 1

    Cook the noodles as directed on the packet (when cooked toss with a little oil to prevent sticking).

  2. 2

    Finely chop the garlic.

  3. 3

    Deseed and finely chop the chilli.

  4. 4

    Thinly slice the onion.

  5. 5

    Cut each olive into four pieces.
