Noodles with Tuna and Mushrooms
Chinese-style noodles with tuna and mushrooms featuring Up to 6 mushrooms of choice (depends on size). Fast, flavourful and better than a takeaway.
Ingredients
- Up to 6 mushrooms of choice (depends on size)
- ¼ tspn sugar
- 1 block medium egg noodles
- 2½ tspn nam pla (fish sauce)
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1 tspn dark soy sauce
- ¼ onion (about 75 gm prepared weight)
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ small tin tuna
- 1 tspn green chilli
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ carrot (about 75 gm prepared weight)
Method

Cook the noodles as shown on the packet.

Drain, rinse in cold water and toss with a little oil to prevent the noodles sticking together.

Slice the mushrooms.

Thinly slice the onion.

Crush or finely chop the garlic.
- 6
Slice the carrot into thin circles.
- 7
De-seed the green chilli and chop finely.
