Mushroom and Bean Chow Mein
Chinese-style mushroom and bean chow mein featuring ginger. Fast, flavourful and better than a takeaway.
Ingredients
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Β½ green pepper
- 1 tspn ginger
- 30 gm onion (prepared weight)
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 30 gm carrot (prepared weight)
- 1 tspn horseradish sauce
- 30 gm green beans
- 2 tbspn soy sauce
- 100 gm button mushrooms
- 1 small tin pineapple pieces
- 100 gm beans (pinto, borlotti etc)
- 1 block egg noodles
Method

Chop the onion, carrot and green pepper into small pieces.

Slice the button mushrooms into 4 pieces.

Finely chop the ginger.

Finely chop the garlic.

Cook the noodles as shown on packet.
