  • 1 tbspn oil
  • 1 tspn dried fenugreek leaves (methi) (optional)
  • 50 gm meat free mince
  • 60 gm celery (prepared weight)
  • 1 stock cube
  • 60 gm onions (prepared weight)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tspn mixed herbs
  • 1 tbspn tomato puree
  • 100 gm peas
  • 3 tbspn chopped tomatoes
  • 4 button mushrooms

Method

    Thinly slice the onions.

    Finely chop the celery.

    Finely chop the garlic.

    Chop the mushrooms.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion over a low heat until dark golden colour.

    Add the celery and fry over a low to medium heat for .
