Savoury Meat-Free Mince
Vegetarian savoury meat-free mince made with meat free mince. Hearty enough to keep you full.
Ingredients
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1 tspn dried fenugreek leaves (methi) (optional)
- 50 gm meat free mince
- 60 gm celery (prepared weight)
- 1 stock cube
- 60 gm onions (prepared weight)
- 100 ml water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tspn mixed herbs
- 1 tbspn tomato puree
- 100 gm peas
- 3 tbspn chopped tomatoes
- 4 button mushrooms

Thinly slice the onions.

Finely chop the celery.

Finely chop the garlic.

Chop the mushrooms.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion over a low heat until dark golden colour.

Add the celery and fry over a low to medium heat for .

Add the garlic and tomato purรฉe and stir fry for .

Add the chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, methi (if using), mixed herbs and mince and stir well, cooking for .
