Roast Chicken with Roast Potatoes and Vegetables
Traditional British roast chicken with roast potatoes and vegetables featuring chicken breast. Simple ingredients, great results.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 beef stock cube
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tspn gravy granules
- 75 gm leek
- pinch of salt
- 75 gm carrot
- freshly ground black pepper
- 75 gm parsnip
- pinch of mixed herbs
- handfull of peas
Method

Pour a decent amount of oil into a baking tray and put into the cold oven.

Preheat the oven to 200Β° C.

Peel the potatoes and cut to required size.

Parboil the potatoes in salted water for .

Drain the potatoes in a colander and shake to rough up their surface.

Prepare the vegetables and cut into similar sizes.
