Potato Wedges (low fat fish and chips)
Traditional British potato wedges (low fat fish and chips) featuring Potatoes as required. Simple ingredients, great results.
Ingredients
- Oil as required
- 1 tspn cayenne pepper
- Potatoes as required
- ΒΌ tspn salt
- 1 egg
Method

Preheat oven to 200Β° C.

Seperate the egg white from the yolk and discard the yolk.

Cut potatoes (leave skins on) into thick chips.

In a large bowl whisk the egg white, salt and cayenne pepper until it is frothy.

Toss the potato chips in the mixture to ensure they are well covered.

Arrange the chips on an oiled baking sheet.
