Β½ of a 415 gm tin french onion soup (200 ml) Β· 1 tin (400 gm) tomato soup Β· 1 tbspn oil Β· Β½ tspn salt Β· 1Β½ tspn garlic granules Β· 1Β½ tspn ground coriander Β· +2 more

  • Makes about 70 ml
  • 3 tbspn yogurt
  • ΒΌ tspn ginger (grated)
  • 2 tspn lemon juice
  • ΒΌ tspn garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tspn g2 masala paste
  • Β½ tspn tandoori masala spice mix (see note 1)
  • 1/8 tspn deep orange colour

Method

    Grate the ginger, crush the garlic and mix together with a little oil or water to make a paste.

    Mix all ingredients together, stirring well, then cover and refrigerate.
