100 ml oil · 750 gm onions (prepared weight) · 1 tspn salt · 1 tbspn turmeric · 1 tspn ground coriander · ½ tspn ground cumin · +8 more

  • ½ tspn hot chilli powder
  • ¼ tspn mustard seeds
  • ½ tspn coriander seeds
  • ¼ tspn onion powder or granules
  • ½ tspn cumin seeds
  • ¼ tspn garlic powder or granules
  • ¼ tspn fenugreek powder
  • ¼ tspn ground ginger

Method

  1. 1

    In a pestle and mortar, grind the coriander, cumin and mustard seeds to a powder.

    Thouroughly mix in the remaining ingredients.

    Store in an airtight jar in a cool and dark place.
