100 ml oil · 750 gm onions (prepared weight) · 1 tspn salt · 1 tbspn turmeric · 1 tspn ground coriander · ½ tspn ground cumin · +8 more
Ingredients
- 1 Portion (approx 15 ml)
- ½ tspn hot chilli powder
- ¼ tspn mustard seeds
- ½ tspn coriander seeds
- ¼ tspn onion powder or granules
- ½ tspn cumin seeds
- ¼ tspn garlic powder or granules
- ¼ tspn fenugreek powder
- ¼ tspn ground ginger
Method

In a pestle and mortar, grind the coriander, cumin and mustard seeds to a powder.

Thouroughly mix in the remaining ingredients.
