100 ml oil Β· 750 gm onions (prepared weight) Β· 1 tspn salt Β· 1 tbspn turmeric Β· 1 tspn ground coriander Β· Β½ tspn ground cumin Β· +8 more
Ingredients
- 6 parts ground coriander
- 1 part fenugreek powder
- 2 parts turmeric
- 1 part garlic powder
- 1Β½ parts ground ginger
- 1 part ground cinnamon
- 1 part ground cumin
- 1 part chilli powder (see note 2)
Method

Choose a measuring spoon that will be equal to 1 part such as 1 tspn or Β½ tspn.
