  • 1 part fenugreek powder
  • 2 parts turmeric
  • 1 part garlic powder
  • 1Β½ parts ground ginger
  • 1 part ground cinnamon
  • 1 part ground cumin
  • 1 part chilli powder (see note 2)

    Choose a measuring spoon that will be equal to 1 part such as 1 tspn or Β½ tspn.
