Cowboy Hot Pot
Vegetarian cowboy hot pot made with tomato puree. Hearty enough to keep you full.
Ingredients
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1 tspn tomato puree
- 75 gm onion (prepared weight)
- 3 tbspn passata
- 75 gm carrot (prepared weight)
- 1 tspn smoked paprika
- 50 gm green beans (prepared weight)
- 40 gm strong cheese
- 75 gm peas
- potato as required
- 1 small tin baked beans
- salt to taste
Method

Preheat oven to 190ยฐ C.

Slice the onion.

Dice the carrot and green beans.

Dice the cheese.
- 5
Slice the potato as thinly as possible.

Butter an oven dish.

Melt a little butter.
