  • 125 gm onion (prepared weight)
  • Β½ tspn garlic
  • 1 tspn green chilli
  • Β½ tspn ground coriander
  • 1 small tin (220 gm) baked beans
  • ΒΌ tspn garam masala
  • Β½ green pepper
  • ΒΌ tspn ground cumin
  • 1 tomato (option)
  • ΒΌ tspn salt

    Chop the onion.

    Deseed and finely chop the chilli.

    Finely chop the ginger.

    Finely chop the garlic.

    Deseed and chop the green pepper into approx 1 cm chunks.

    Heat the oil in a pan.

    Add the onion and fry on a high heat for .
