  • 150 gm potatoes
  • Β½ tspn ground coriander
  • 100 – 125 gm cauliflower
  • Β½ tspn turmeric
  • 1 tbspn oil
  • 1 tspn green chilli
  • Β½ tspn ground cumin
  • 1 tspn fresh coriander
  • 125 ml Masala Sauce
  • 70 gm of frozen peas
  • ΒΌ tspn salt

Method

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes in their skins until fully cooked and then set aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Break up the cauliflower into florets.

  3. 3

    When the potatoes have cooled cut them into 1 inch cubes.

  4. 4

    Rinse the frozen peas in hot water and drain.

  5. 5

    Finely chop the green chilli.

  6. 6

    Chop the coriander.
