Aloo Gobi
A traditional Indian aloo gobi with potatoes, turmeric, green chilli. Cooked from scratch with authentic spices.
Ingredients
- 150 gm potatoes
- Β½ tspn ground coriander
- 100 β 125 gm cauliflower
- Β½ tspn turmeric
- 1 tbspn oil
- 1 tspn green chilli
- Β½ tspn ground cumin
- 1 tspn fresh coriander
- 125 ml Masala Sauce
- 70 gm of frozen peas
- ΒΌ tspn salt
Method

Boil the potatoes in their skins until fully cooked and then set aside to cool.

Break up the cauliflower into florets.

When the potatoes have cooled cut them into 1 inch cubes.

Rinse the frozen peas in hot water and drain.

Finely chop the green chilli.

Chop the coriander.
