Plum Crumble
A classic plum crumble with plums - depends on size (see note). Perfect for one.
Ingredients
- 2 plums - depends on size (see note)
- 50 gm plain flour
- 1 tbspn sugar
- 30 gm butter
- 1 tbspn water
- 50 gm sugar
Method

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

Using a sharp knife, carefully remove the stone from the plums and cut the flesh of the fruit into 'bite-sized' pieces.

Put the fruit pieces into an oven-proof dish and add 1 tbspn of sugar, mixing well.

Add 1 tbspn of water.

Cut the butter, straight out of the fridge, into small cubes.

Add the flour to a decent sized bowl and rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Mix in the 50 gm of sugar.

Add the 'crumble mixture' to the top of the fruit, squeezing the crumble to compress it a little.
