  • 1 tspn hot curry powder
  • ΒΌ tspn ground cinnamon
  • Β½ tspn fennel seeds
  • 1 clove

Method

    Grind the fennel seeds and clove to a powder in a pestle and mortar.

    Thouroughly mix in the curry powder and cinnamon and store in an airtight container and keep in a cool and dark place.
