- 4 cloves
- ΒΌ tspn dried mint
- 4 black peppercorns
- ΒΌ tspn turmeric
- ΒΌ tspn cumin seeds
- ΒΌ tspn ground cinnamon
- ΒΌ tspn fennel seeds
Method

Grind the cloves, peppercorns, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and mint to a fine powder in a pestle and mortar.

Mix in the turmeric and cinnamon.
