  • 4 cloves
  • ΒΌ tspn dried mint
  • 4 black peppercorns
  • ΒΌ tspn turmeric
  • ΒΌ tspn cumin seeds
  • ΒΌ tspn ground cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tspn fennel seeds

Method

  1. 1

    Grind the cloves, peppercorns, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and mint to a fine powder in a pestle and mortar.

    Mix in the turmeric and cinnamon.

    Store in an airtight container and keep in a dark and cool place.
