  • 150 gm button mushrooms (Goochi)
  • 100 gm frozen peas (Mattar)
  • 1 tbspn oil
  • 100 ml Masala Sauce
  • ¼ tspn salt
  • ¼ tspn turmeric
  • ¼ tspn ground cumin
  • ¼ tspn hot chilli powder
  • ¼ tspn fenugreek
  • ¼ tspn garam masala
  • 1 tspn fresh coriander

Method

    Rinse and thickly slice the mushrooms.

    Rinse the frozen peas in hot water and drain.

    Heat some oil in a wok.

    Add the mushrooms and cook over a medium heat for .

    Add the peas and cook for .

    Add the masala sauce, stir, and bring to a simmer.

    Stir in the salt, turmeric, cumin and chilli powder.
