  • 180 ml mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish (optional)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • Β½ tsp garlic granules
  • ΒΌ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method

    Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.

    Refrigerate for at least to let the flavours marry.

  3. 3

    Stir again before using.

Notes

  • Keeps for up to a week in the fridge.
  • Loosen with a little extra vinegar if you want a thinner dunking consistency.
